Provision of Frozen Desserts (including plant based), Artisan Bread Loaves and Rolls, and Afternoon Tea Sweet Selection (including plant based)

The House of Commons and House of Lords (the Authorities) require, for the sale in the catering departments of both Houses particularly during functions and events, the provision of a wide range of Artisan Bread Loaves, fully and part-baked Rolls.The goods and services are to be provided daily, Monday to Friday, utilising high-quality ingredients. Handmade would be highly desirable.The Authority expects to appoint a maximum of three suppliers, with one supplier per lot for this contract, who can demonstrate they have the ability to supply value-for-money and fit-for-purpose products and/or services as identified in these requirements, in the most economically advantageous way."
