The University of Dundee seeks to appoint an External Audit Partner for the provision of External Audit Services. The first audit will be for the year ending 31st of July 2027. The contract is for a period of three years with the option to extend for a further two twelve-month periods.

- Suitability
The appointed Auditors will be required to certify that they are eligible for appointment within the meaning and requirements of the Companies Act. The appointed Auditors will also be required to confirm that independence requirements are met. No individuals employed by the Auditor may be a member of the University Court or a member of staff of the University.
