What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionThis framework shall have up to a maximum of 8 suppliers with the ability to meet the requirements of the specification and provide all the mandatory 8 core benefits:
Core Benefits - Mandatory
- childcare vouchers;
- car leasing scheme;
- technology and white goods scheme;
- cycle to work scheme;:
- gym membership;
- financial wellbeing schemes including access to affordable loans;
- leisure and retail discounts scheme including E Gift Cards/E Discount Codes;
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
Additional Benefits - Non-Mandatory. These shall include but not limited to the following:
- online cycle shop;
- total rewards statement;
- Shared Cost Additional Voluntary Contribution Schemes (SCAVC's);
