This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to alert the market that Devon and Cornwall, Avon and Somerset and Wiltshire Constabularies intend to undertake a procurement competition in 2023 ahead of future contracts for the provision of Driver Offender Retraining services commencing from August 2024. This will be procured by the South West Police Procurement Service (SWPPS) a service hosted in Devon and Cornwall that provides strategic procurement, tendering and contract services to the 5 South West Police Forces of Avon and Somerset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Devon & Cornwall, and Dorset.
