Publisher note: Financial Assessment - The Authority will use an independent credit scoring organisation, namely Credit Safe, to conduct appropriate Financial probity checks. If the credit report or any bidder contains a risk rating between Very High Risk/Moderate Risk, bidders will be given an opportunity to provide additional information which will be considered during the Council’s assessment.
