Published requirement descriptionThe Council has in place an existing contract for cleaning services at Corporate Properties across the county. This includes Offices, Day Care Centres, Libraries, Archives, Fire Stations etc. At present there are approx. 153 properties within the existing contract however, this number may reduce over the next three years as the Council continues its programme of consolidation of assets.
