Publisher note: The value stated within the contract award notice is the estimated value of Year 1 of the contract, following commercial evaluation. The initial contract length is two (2) years. The Authority reserves the right to extend the contract for two (2) x twelve (12) month periods, subject to satisfactory performance and continued requirement of the Authority. It should be noted that Year 2 (and beyond if extended) pricing is to be capped at the CPI rate of inflation with clear evidence provided to demonstrate and support any such increase. (SC Ref:791076)

To allow more time for tender submission following the addition of a boiler to the scope.
Updated clarification regarding ash removal and disposal at Sabhal Mor Ostaig. The Authority has extended the tender deadline to give more time for tender submission, following this clarification. An updated Pricing Schedule shall be uploaded shortly.
