What is being bought

Published requirement description

SCTS utilise a Case Management System, COPII, which provides data on all criminal cases within the Scottish justice sector as well as handling non-court fines. The current support and development contract signed in 2020 is due for expiry on 1st May 2024.

The COPII application was initially developed in 2003 and is an Oracle based system residing on a SUN/Solaris platform. Additional .Net & C# code provides public facing interfaces.

SCTS are seeking a contract which covers fixed price application support and development for the current COPII application.

The service is to be delivered in alignment with the ITIL framework and SCTS security policies and procedures.
