  • Change 1 - This is a Modification notice to indicate historic works covered by Reg 71(1)(b) during FY20-21, FY21-22 which allowed Revenue Scotland to implementation adjustments to the provision of a Tax Administration and Management Solution. This included adding relief calculations known as SLFT credits, implementation of out of scope workflow functionality and related continual improvement requirements. Similar historic works during FY21-22 covered transaction rounding calculations adjustments, the introduction of a portal banner for enhanced communications and related continual improvement requirements. The total cost of these works was 156,600 GBP 2 - This is a Modification notice to indicate works covered by Reg 71(1)(c) during FY25-26 and the introduction of Scottish Aggregate Tax (SAT) and Scottish Building Safety Levy (SBSL). This included the development and implementation of these new tax modules as a bolt on to the existing platform. The total cost of these works was 1,573,000 GBP — Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: 1 - To provide for additional services by the original contractor that have become necessary and were not included in the initial procurement, where a change of contractor cannot be made for technical reasons due to the requirements of interchangeability and would cause significant inconvenience and substantial duplication of costs for the contracting authority. 2 - The modification has been brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee due to two new delegated taxes.
