What is being bought
The Staffordshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner seeks to commission a Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Restorative Justice Service.The Restorative Justice Service will support the delivery of the Victim Code of Practice, provide a free, confidential, high quality service, raising awareness of and guiding and supporting victims who wish to explore a range of restorative interventions. The provider is expected to work in partnership with agencies, in particular those operating within the criminal justice arena. This is an integral part of the support system for victims of crime, who wish to participate in restorative justice.The service will commence 1st April 2025.
