Procedure rationaleThe Positive Support Pathway is in an integrated provision responding to youth homelessness as part of the Councils statutory duties and has a number of service components which form a single pathway. The predominant one is the provision of a significant volume of units of self-contained accommodation (25 units) in a bespoke building with onsite support and communal facilities located within the Borough of Darlington. There are young people with tenancy agreements accommodated already within the units of accommodation. The Council needs to ensure continuity of support and accommodation for these young people.
