Coverage: 42 active published awards; 40 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

- Lot 1 · #1Individual lot title not publishedStatus not publishedPublished valueNot publishedThis Service Specification describes the key features of the Community Health and Wellbeing Facility (CHWBF), based in ‘Crown Buildings’ in Wrexham town centre and outlines the expectations of the Managing Agent for the facility. It is based around an outcome-focused approach to commissioning and reflects the need for the Managing Agent to take a co-productive and strengths-based, community asset-based approach to service provision in the facility. The Service Specification shall be read in conjunction with the main contract terms and conditions as part of the Community Health and Wellbeing Facility Agreement. The Community Health and Wellbeing Facility is a new multi-agency facility developed within the newly refurbished Crown Buildings, with an aim to provide integrated community, health, social care and third sector services in a safe environment with accessible facilities, for all ages and abilities, which compliments existing service provision. The intention is for the facility to managed and run on a day-to-day basis by a Managing Agent, overseen by a Steering Group comprising representatives from BCUHB, WCBC and AVOW. The Managing Agent shall support the delivery of the Welsh Government’s ‘A Healthier Wales’ strategy, working co-productively with established partners and stakeholders and developing relationships with new ones, not least Wrexham’s vast third sector networks and providers.
