Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 9 active published awards; 6 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleChildren with specialist palliative care needs require an individual package of care in a planned, co-ordinated, timely and flexible manner as directed by need. The Health Boards acting as a Consortium require additional services to act as an adjunct to those which they deliver as part of core services in order to support planned and emergency respite and end of life care based with Ty Hafan, a specialist children’s Hospice provider and the only child hospice in South Wales. The service will support children, young people and their families and provide a palliative care experience within the community and home where necessary. The Health Board is issuing this notice applying a 10 day standstill period prior to award of a three year contract.
