Published requirement descriptionPursuant to the principles of procurement in particularly the duty of transparency in accordance with regulation 18(1) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, we write to inform you that LFC has taken the decision to not proceed with the procurement process for the following reason: we consider there is an insufficient degree of competition due to the fact that only one non-admissible tender was received.

The purpose of this stage of the Procurement is to identify the Supplier that has the Most Economically Advantageous Tender from the point of view of LFC. The Most Economically Advantageous Tender is to be identified on the basis of the Evaluation Criteria (quality and price) and the Evaluation Methodology identified in Section E (Evaluation and Award Process) in the ITT.
