Published requirement description

consultancy services to support the development of Children's Social Care strategic priorities, sufficiency planning, organisational development and leadership capability improvement in response to the Welsh Government Removing Profit from Care agenda.

The consultancy will include diagnostic review activity, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning support and the development of recommendations, frameworks and implementation plans. Key outputs will include recommendations relating to the Children's Services Vision and Strategic Priorities, Sufficiency Plan, Practice Framework and Children's Social Care service improvement planning.

Leadership development activity forms part of the delivery approach and supports the achievement of the agreed consultancy outputs and recommendations.
