What is being bought

Published requirement description

Choice would like to procure a fully integrated HR/Payroll and Time & Attendance system which can streamline processes and improve efficiency. The elements we would ideally like the system to include are recruitment and selection module, onboarding of employees, L&D module, NI Equality reporting, time and attendance module, employee self -service portal, manager approval portal and payroll module

How the procedure runs: This Competitive flexible procedure will consist of two stages. The first stage will include the assessment of the Pre-selection Questionnaire on a Pass/Fail basis and the Technical Quality Assessment which accounts for 20% of the overall Award Criteria. Successful candidates will be invited to the 2nd stage of the competition. The second stage will include the Social Value assessment which is weighted at 10% of the Award Criteria. A Demo and Interview stage is weighted at 30% of the Criteria and a Price Assessment is weighted at 40% of the overall Award Criteria.
