Prior Information Notice Maintenance of Nurse Call Systems (4492939)

Business Services Organisation (BSO) Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) are wishing to inform potential suppliers on behalf of Health and Social Care for Northern Ireland of the mandatory inclusion of scored Social Value criteria in the upcoming tender for Maintenance of Nurse Call systems and to obtain a market view on the most feasible approach to deliver the required Social Value. To this end, BSO Procurement and Logistics Service PaLS wish to engage with potential suppliers on behalf of Health and Social Care for Northern Ireland to obtain a market view of the potential requirements through a questionnaire. Any interested suppliers are required to submit their response through the eTendersNI secure messaging area of the CfT. All correspondence in relation to this tender will be communicated via the secure eTendersNI messaging area associated with the CfT. Suppliers will be required to return answers to the questionnaire and any comments NO LATER THAN 15:00 on Friday 28th October 2022 via this secure eTendersNI messaging area. Suppliers should also note that any interest shown does not constitute a commitment to participate in any future tendering exercise. Additional information: Following the conclusion of the Supplier Engagement stage this tender will be published on the etendersni.gov.uk website and all tender documentation including the specification will be made available via the etendersni.gov.uk website at that time.
