        "description": "The objective of this procurement is to appoint a SP capable of delivering an overhaul solution for Air Reservoirs – Pressure Testing – on 153, 156, 158 & HST fleet (Class 43 Power Car and Mark III Coach), supporting the Operator’s operational performance targets and asset management strategy.\nAn air reservoir is defined as a vessel (other than a pipe coil or ancillary fitting and part of the compressor) for containing compressed air.
