Farm Lane is a residential led development, located on the site of a former children’s home which is now vacant. The development has been successfully granted Planning Permission. The scheme is designed to minimise impact on neighbouring properties whilst maximising the residential amenity and play area and generate a high-quality landscape design that provides natural screening to neighbours. Access to a car park area, cycle store and refuse store are provided at ground floor.
