What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionThe Port of Dover is undertaking a tender exercise to appoint partners for the provision of Commercial & Quantity Surveying Services under a new Framework.
Services to be delivered under this Framework will include:
- Cost planning and estimating
- Tender preparation, administration and evaluation
- General procurement advice
- Post- contract administration - valuations, change management, cost reporting etc
This may cover a wide range of projects across infrastructure, highways, marine civils, building works, asset maintenance and heritage.
How the procedure runs: We anticipate a multi-stage process as follows, which will be further detailed in the tender documents: 1. A Participation Stage to reduce the number of tenderers 2. Remaining tenderers will proceed to the Invitation to Tender Stage, with bids to be assessed on the basis of Commercial and Quality submissions. 3. Following the more…
evaluation of tenders, the Client will undertake interviews with a reduced number of tenderers, based on the scores awarded using the criteria to be detailed in the tender documents. 4.
