Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The 18ha Phoenix 10 site is the priority employment site for Walsall Council and Black Country Local Enterprise Partnership due to the scale of the opportunity the site presents and its contribution to economic growth objectives as expressed in the Black Country Strategic Economic Plan. Walsall Council and Homes England (HE) [jointly 'The Landowners'] have entered into a contract with Henry Boot Developments Limited (HBD Ltd) for the remediation and development of the site (further details on the proposals can be found on HBD Ltd consultation website https://phoenix10walsall.co.uk/ ).
