Published requirement descriptionPlymouth City Council (PCC) is exploring options for a future procurement of a Development Partner to progress the Plymouth Heat Network Project. This project will deliver important strategic decarbonisation infrastructure for the city, utilising significant surplus or waste heat sources. The project could include commercialising and implementing the proposed first phase of the heat network, bringing any additional funding (over and above that secured by PCC) to the project, operating and maintaining the network and subsequently working with PCC to expand the network.
