What is being bought
Plymouth College of Arts are seeking to appoint a sole catering company to improve and manage its catering and hospitality service at both Tavistock Place and Palace Court Campuses. The college is keen to have a relevant, high quality and value for money service available to its students, visitors and staff that reflects their values and ethos. The food service provision should therefore be affordable, healthy and sustainable. Menu planning should take into consideration the needs of a growing international and staff community.
