- Change There is a need for plasmapheresis devices to achieve a degree of self-sufficiency from volunteer plasma donations to manufacture Immunoglobulin (Ig) therapeutic product to meet clinical demand. SNBTS require to procure consumables and maintenance for existing equipment for the collection of plasma., Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: A change of contractor cannot be made for technical reasons such as requirements of interchangeability or interoperability with existing equipment, services or installations and would cause significant inconvenience or substantial duplication of costs for the contracting authority). SNBTS have invested in the current equipment and staff are fully trained in the use of the equipment.
