How this framework works

From the published notice
Framework period

7 yrs from 30 Jan 2020, Central government have already negotiated subscription rates with Oracle and have signed a MOU to confirm the maximum price any public sector organisation will be charged. We have negotiated a significant discount on this price for a price for a 7 year commitment (the minimum period of time we'd expect to be using this system) representing a saving of £6M over the seven year period compared to the MOU negotiated price
