- Strategic Maturity & Customer-Led Planning: Demonstrate how you have developed marketing strategy, defined clear priorities and built the evidence needed to unlock project funding and move approved initiatives into delivery. Responses should show how the supplier has built marketing capability from a low-maturity or transformation starting point into a more mature, scalable and always-on model, using audience insight, segmentation, customer journeys, channel selection and business objectives to inform strategic recommendations, prioritise activity across relevant channels, and establish the structures, processes, data, technology and measurement foundations needed to support future performance.
- . Integrated Delivery & Technical Enablement: Demonstrate how you have delivered integrated marketing activity across the relevant services you are bidding for, including the practical and technical requirements needed to make activity effective. Your response should evidence campaign and account set-up, tracking and tagging, use of marketing technology, SEO/GEO, website optimisation, AdOps, governance, quality assurance and technical problem-solving. Please explain how you worked with client teams and third-party partners to ensure clear roles, joined-up delivery and effective implementation.
- Measurement, Optimisation & Commercial Impact: Measurement, Optimisation & Commercial Impact Demonstrate how you used measurement, insight, testing and optimisation to improve performance and deliver measurable outcomes. Your response should show the measurement framework, tracking and attribution approach, reporting cadence, test-and-learn methodology, optimisation decisions, use of innovation or AI where relevant, and clear evidence of business impact such as engagement, conversion, lead generation, ROI, acquisition, retention, efficiency improvement or pipeline contribution. Please clearly explain your agency’s specific contribution to the results.

Specifically, please detail the value-added benefits your organisation would make in a strategic partnership with Nest . › Additionally, explain how your organisation will deliver wider social value outcomes aligned to Nest's public-service purpose, including commitments relating to inclusion, accessibility, sustainability, community impact, and broader positive societal outcomes. Please include measurable examples and proposed KPIs where applicable.

- Price carries 35 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 3.5 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
- “Performance Marketing Agency” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, up to 4 suppliers, not a single contract: call-offs may be direct or by further competition.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.

- Risks
A known risk exists that the contract scope may increase during the contract term as Nest continues to develop and mature its brand requirements, which are not yet fully defined. As additional brand standards and associated deliverables emerge, further services may be required. The contract has therefore been structured to allow for scope flexibility, with any changes managed through the agreed change control process to ensure appropriate governance and cost control.
