The only available opportunity is being offered as a package development scheme under the Capital Funding Guide, with construction delivery provided by Sureflow Building Services Ltd.

Owing to the fact that:

There are no alternative suppliers able to provide this specific development opportunity; and

The development opportunity is only available on the basis that construction is undertaken by Sureflow Building Services Ltd;

Coastline has no choice but to engage with that enterprise directly.
