Published requirement descriptionPeabody is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Interior Design Framework to support its development programme and sales activities across London and the Home Counties.
The Framework will provide access to experienced suppliers capable of delivering high-quality interior design services across three Lots:
- Lot 1 – Show Home Design and Installation
- Lot 2 – Furniture Packs and View Units
- Lot 3 – Residential Amenity Space Design
Services may include interior design consultancy, space planning, furniture specification and procurement, styling, installation, project management, plot moves and make-good works.
- How the procedure runs: Stage 1 will consist of a Selection Questionnaire (SQ), through which suppliers will be assessed against the published selection criteria, including relevant experience, portfolio quality and capability to deliver the required services. Suppliers meeting the minimum score threshold will be invited to participate in Stage 2. Stage 2 will consist of an Invitation to Tender (ITT), during which shortlisted suppliers will submit detailed proposals. Tender submissions will be evaluated against the published quality and social value criteria, following which the highest scoring suppliers will be appointed to the Framework Agreement.

Published description of the framework
The Framework Agreement will operate as a multi-supplier framework across three Lots. No guarantee of work or minimum spend is provided.
Suppliers appointed to the Framework will be eligible to compete for future requirements. Contracts may be awarded through either direct award or mini-competition, depending on the nature, complexity and value of the requirement.
Prices will be determined at call-off stage using supplier rate cards submitted as part of the procurement process and/or project-specific pricing submitted in response to a mini-competition. Award decisions will be based on the criteria specified in the relevant call-off documentation, which may include quality, price and social value considerations.
