Call out response times required are as follows: Emergency - within 3 hours Urgent - within 24 hours Standard - within 5 days Follow on repair - completed within 5 days Other planned works - to be programmed and agreed By nature of the property tenures and type of systems being repaired/maintained there is a requirement for the engineers to be familiar with working in social housing, sheltered and extra care settings. The tenants/customers may be older, vulnerable, chaotic or have risk indicators which require an engineer to have an understanding of providing services to these specific client groups.
