Willis Towers Watson own the copyright to the JEGS software and they grant licences to organisations to use it. Beamans is the only Cabinet Office approved organisation who is under licence to provide training for the JEGS system until March 2022. This is through a framework awarded by the Department of Work and Pensions on behalf of the UIK Civil Service. As COPFS is part of the UK Civil Service its jobs have to be assessed using JEGS, which means support can only be provided by Beamans.",
