Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUHFT) is a designated Major Trauma Centre (MTC) within a large regional trauma network. The MTC provides care for over 2,000 major trauma patients per year, serving a diverse population across a wide geographic region. Patients often present with complex injuries and require multidisciplinary care, including support for psychological, social, financial, and legal challenges that fall outside routine NHS clinical provision.
To meet these needs, CUHFT seeks to commission a comprehensive Patient Welfare and Signposting Support Service to provide integrated non-clinical support to major trauma and critically ill patients, including children and adults.
This service will operate a “bedside” service within critical care and ward environments. Support will be provided to adult and paediatric patients, and to their families or carers.
