Approx. 90% new build on brownfield site bounded by landside vehicular and passenger movements to the north, goods in yard to the east and the existing terminal to the south.\n5. Approx. 10% reconfiguration of existing terminal which includes modifications to the existing Central Search facility (to become new commercial shell unit) and new consolidated car hire units with ancillary facilities.\n6. Stage 4 design is finalised and current approx. new build areas comprise:\na. Proposed ground floor new build: approx. 1525 sq.m. (with associated void area beneath first floor)\nb. Proposed first floor new build: approx. 3675 sq.m.\nc. External canopy: approx. 625 sq.m.",
