    Repair and conservation work to pump house chimney, entrance porch and boundary wall. The boundary wall is 70m long 1.6m and constructed from brick work work. The boiler chimney is square in plan and largely built in red brick. It has a decorative central and corner pilasters. The internal corners of which have moulded bricks. It is approximately 120ft in height from ground level and has a plan area of 4.1m x 4.1m at the base reducing to 3.66m x 3.66m at the main pilastered shaft. In plan the porch is approximately 2.2m deep x 4.1m width, with the base of the steps protruding another 2.5m from the front of the porch. The porch structure has a slated mansard roof formed by timber rafters, supported on a central timber purlins to each pitch and onto eaves beams spanning the north and south side, and stubs to the front.
