- Change Due to IPR ownership and the lack of experienced developers, this contract will be modified to allow a short extension period of 6 months to enable completion of the migration to the new applications to meet all obligations in the existing contract. A previous modification was made to allow for an extension of the current contract duration for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year period (2+1)., Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: DfE will rely on Regulation 72(1)(c), as the covid emergency resulted in a lack/reduction of experienced developers which caused an unforeseen delay to the contract.
