Published requirement descriptionDumfries and Galloway Council are seeking service providers to deliver high quality outreach housing support service to homeless households and individuals threatened with homelessness as prescribed within Section 32B of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 as included by the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010 and the Housing Support Services (Homelessness) (Scotland) Regulations 2012.

The purpose of this service is to provide an accessible, impartial, quality outreach housing support service to support vulnerable people to increase control over their lives and assist them to gain the independent living skills required to sustain accommodation. Additional information: This lot covers the east of the Dumfries and Galloway region (Nithsdale and Annandale & Eskdale). It is anticipated that two providers will be awarded to this area and the budget availability is split accordingly.
