Data will be shared with all stakeholders.\nUndertake a Clinical Assessment of referrals in order to ensure signposting to appropriate services.\nDeliver Oral Surgical services for Hywel Dda University Health Board residents (16 yrs and over).\nOffer patient choice of accessible treatment centres.\nOffer an appropriate skill mix for dealing with minor oral surgery procedures under Local Anaesthetic (LA) and/or conscious sedation.\nEnhance positive working relationships between the Providers, the Health Board and Hospital Dental Services.
