To provide Oracle licensing for CAVUHB Patient Administration System for 3 years from April 2024 to April 2027. Oracle has been the chosen database for PMS for over two decades and as the requirements for the Health Board has expanded, so has the Oracle features to meet the requirements and the expansion to the Database has grown during the past 2 decades.
The licensing allows for the continued use of the Oracle products that make up PMS.
