The evaluation criteria and weights exactly as published on the notice, grouped by family (price, quality, social value and so on).
The evaluation criteria will include consideration of Quality as well as Price. Each tender will be subjected to a Quality and Price analysis. The aim of the evaluation is to select the tender which represents the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT). Detailed award criteria are described in the Invitation To Tender.
- Shortlisting
- Economic and financial standing Tenderers must demonstrate a Current Ratio (net Current Assets divided by net Current Liabilities) of greater than 0.6. Tenderers are required to hold (or undertake to obtain prior to contract commencement) the following types and levels of insurance: Employer's Compulsory Liability Insurance: 5 million GBP; Public Liability Insurance: 5 million GBP; Professional Indemnity Insurance: 1 million GBP.
