What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionOxford Brookes University (OBU) is seeking to reach a wider and more diverse student population, increase international brand awareness, diversify its income streams, and mitigate the risk of potential future restrictions on international students studying in the UK. In parallel, the University aims to accelerate its capability and expertise in delivering high-quality online learning.
As a result, the OPM project has been strategically prioritised to introduce a portfolio of online programmes for international students, working with a specialist OPM provider.
Services may include (but not limited to): Student Marketing and Recruitment, Course Development and Delivery and Student Support.

Pre-Market Engagement Phase: This is an exercise to research and analyse the Online Programme Management (OPM) market and specialist providers. We are seeking to learn how suppliers manage their partnerships successfully, how they excel in OPM execution and seek any lessons learnt from previous more…
engagements which drive improvements. In addition the key objectives of this Engagement are to: Validate: Test the feasibility and deliverability of OBU online provision. Inform: Gain insights into current market capacity, capabilities, and innovative solutions. Refine: Use market feedback to shape the final procurement strategy, scope, and technical specification. Promote: Raise market awareness and stimulate competition. As we go to market, we are delighted to invite suppliers to record a video Presentation (a maximum duration of 20 minutes) to demonstrate their relevant capability, experience, approach, innovation and lessons learned in delivering OPM services. As a separate exercise, a Supplier Questionnaire will also need to be completed. If you are supplier interested in participating in our invaluable market research, please email [email protected] and we will provide you with the preliminary market engagement pack (which includes the Supplier Questionnaire). Please note the deadline for submitting your video Presentation and Supplier Questionnaire is Wednesday 28th October 17:00 GMT which should be emailed to [email protected].
