Having access to a trusted occupational health and health surveillance service, who work in collaboration with us, is just one part of this. We are looking for an occupational health service provider that will proactively support us in the management of cases to achieve positive outcomes for both our colleagues and the business.

We understand that Health surveillance is extremely important for monitoring the health of our colleagues and detecting ill-health effects at an early stage. Effective health surveillance supports Thirteen to assess and review current control measures and if required take action to implement further mitigating controls. Health surveillance service enables colleagues to raise concerns about how their work affects their health with an independent qualified health professional. Having independent health surveillance allows Thirteen to comply with the legal obligation to fulfil its duties as an employer.
