    Further to our previous communications regarding the Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) for the Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS), we are pleased to provide an update on the rescheduled event. Revised Event Details Date: Wednesday, 8 July 2026 Time: 13:30 – 16:30 (GMT) Format: In-person event (please note this is no longer a virtual session) Venue: Macdonald Burlington Hotel Burlington Arcade, 126 New Street Birmingham, West Midlands United Kingdom, B2 4JQ Please arrive at the venue from 13:00pm to enable a 13:30am prompt start. We anticipate the event will last for 2 hours, with a finish no later than 4:30pm. Please note that there will be no remote access or dial‑in facility available. We will initially accept all expressions of interest without attendance restrictions. Should demand exceed capacity, we may introduce limits at a later stage.  This second PME session will provide: Feedback and outcomes from the initial market engagement Further information on the proposed procurement approach An opportunity for discussion and supplier engagement Registration Suppliers wishing to attend must register using the following link: https://forms.office.com/e/PiKUdahwUH Please complete a separate form for each attendee (all expressions of interest submitted to date remain valid).     This opportunity relates to the provision of support for the Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) for National Highways, the body responsible for England's strategic road network. The Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS), currently procured under several contracts, provides services to all National Highways Control Rooms to manage the traffic on the ~4,500 miles of the strategic road network. We will be holding a second Preliminary Market Engagement Day on Tuesday, 19th May 2026, 13:00hs GMT, to share the outcomes of the previously held (initial) Preliminary Market Engagement. We will also outline our anticipated approach to the procurement process and contract documents. Please note, this event is open to anyone who wishes to register. This event will be held virtually (online) via Teams. To register for this event, please send your expression of interest and contact details by completing the form on this link: https://forms.office.com/e/PiKUdahwUH The form will need to be submitted by COP on Friday, 15th May 2026.
