Coverage: 42 active published awards; 1 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

This Market Engagement Questionnaire is an information gathering exercise by the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) to assess the technical solutions available in the market that could support the NMC's HR, Finance and Procurement processes and replace our current system This information will help us ensure any future tender documentation and more so our specification is clear and realistic in terms of our requirements and expectations - prior to undertaking a competitive procurement exercise. The NMC reserves the right to amend or change - any aspects discussed in this exercise if a decision to move to a formal competitive procurement exercise is made. This early market engagement exercise is in no way intended to guarantee tendering of any services now or in the near future. Responses to the Questionnaire are to be completed electronically using the NMC e-Sourcing portal (Atamis): https://atamis-5621.my.site.com/login Atamis provides a web-based tool that enables the NMC and bidders to conduct the strategic activities of the procurement lifecycle over the internet. It provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both the NMC (and other buyers) and potential providers / suppliers. You must be registered on the Atamis portal to participate in this process and any follow up questions you may have should also be directed through the portal. A guidance on how to use the portal can be found here: https://services.atamis.co.uk/docs/Supplier_User_Guide.pdf
