Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 220 active published awards; 199 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Afan Forest Park is made up of several authorised mountain bike and walking trails that attracts a large number of visitors from around the UK every year. This infrastructure has been in place since 2001 and overtime has degraded. This project will provide an opportunity to redesign and improve the red graded White’s Level Mountain bike trail ‘boardwalk’ section of ‘Energy’, which is a popular part of this 15.5.km route that offers riders a challenging and technical riding experience. The project therefore consists of two distinct parts: - replace the ‘boardwalk’ section of ‘Energy’ with a more durable material, this is likley to involve some minor redesign of some of the boardwalk locations - improve and enhance the ‘Jetlag’, 1,770-meter final descent trail section of the Skyline Mountain bike route
