Coverage: 88 active published awards; 88 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Northamptonshire Children's Trust Authority is commissioning Therapeutic Fostering Interventions.
The Children's Trust is setting up a Framework Agreement for 1 year plus a 1-year extension, pending budget being available for year2 for the provision of Therapeutic Fostering Interventions.
The objectives of this Framework Agreement are to have a range of Providers that can provide high quality Therapeutic Fostering Interventions to the Trust's clients - both the children and young people the Trust is supporting and their wider family network who may also require the service. The service specification describes a requirement to establish a framework agreement with several Service Providers to supply Therapeutic Fostering Interventions to clients depending on the individuals' specific needs.
