Coverage: 11 active published awards; 11 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
North Northamptonshire Council have conducted a procurement process through a mini competition via the ESPO Consultancy Services Framework 664_21 to find a suitably qualified and experienced supplier who will work with the Council to define clear and achievable strategic ambitions, identify savings opportunities, drive efficiencies, and better align services to meet future demand pressures and opportunities. The project includes an independent diagnostic of the savings programme (development and delivery) for 2024/25, an assessment of social care practices, and the identification of further transformations to achieve savings both in the current year and across the Medium-Term Financial Plan (MTFP) period for Adult Social Care. The Council seeks a delivery partner to identify additional in-year savings and further transformations to support MTFP savings for 2025/26 and beyond.
