North East Essex Integrated Community Services

The above change is to clarify that the Contracting Authority is NHS North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group and that the contract is awarded to one contractor which will deliver the contract in conjunction with a group of economic operators (the Delivery Partners) as set out in the Contract Award Notice 2021/S 000-004765. The Delivery Partners, Associates, Essex County Council, the Contractor and the Contracting Authority will be parties to an Alliance Agreement. The Alliance Agreement will describe the roles, responsibilities and relationships of all the parties in relation to the commissioning and delivery of the services under the Alliance model.
