- Change Change to end date now 31.10.22, Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: This is on the basis that as per the justification Covid has impacted on the timing of the replacement contract for these services. It should be noted that the procurement for the replacement contract is now under way and tender responses are anticipated for return on the 14 April 2022. This extension will allow sufficient time for the completion of this tender exercise and the conclusion of any TUPE transfers. If the current incumbent is successful, the recommendation would be to end the extension period and move to the new contract as soon as possible, taking account of the position in relation to Lot 1 of the current competition.
