This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.<br/><br/>The award must be made urgently to enable delivery of the service within the approved programme timescales.<br/>The service will deliver targeted wellbeing interventions, including wellbeing courses and residential retreats, for NHS staff working in Wakefield.<br/>Delaying the award to undertake a full application of the PSR would impact the planned commencement of the programme and the delivery of approved workforce wellbeing support during the funded period. The urgent award route has therefore been utilised to facilitate mobilisation and delivery of the service within the required timeframe.
