Published requirement descriptionThe key services being sought are in relation to Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Term Contractor are planned works, routine maintenance works, and unplanned reactive works from time to time. In addition a 24/7 emergency on call service is to be provided as part of this service and is applicable to NHSDG Estates properties throughout Dumfries & Galloway. For clarity, out of hours refers to any work or call before 7am and after 5pm Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday and any public holiday as designated by NHS Scotland.

It is a mandatory requirement that the Contractor must be registered with REFCOM or a member of BESA.
The Contractor must ensure that all staff and operatives are fully certificated by an appropriate regulatory body and must be suitably qualified and certified to carry out the work.
It is a mandatory requirement of NHSDG that all contractors must be registered as CHAS Advanced members proof of registration will be required prior to acceptance of any contractor. If not CHAS Advanced registered at the time of submission of the SPD, then a stated undertaking that if successful at the ITT stage this will be achieved within six months of contract award is acceptable at this stage.

- Price carries 60 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 6 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
