New Gorbals Housing Association are seeking expressions of interest from suitably resourced,qualified and experienced contractors to carry out their communal cleaning services including all associated balustrades and handrails, flooring and stairs, skirtings, lifts and architraves, all windows in the common landing areas will be cleaned. External close entrance steps and steps and plats leading to close entrances to be swept and mopped. The full contract requirement are stated within the attached draft Invitation to Tender document. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public
Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
